Insurance Options
Participating Vision Plans
We participate with many vision plans including: VSP, Davis Vision, EyeMed, Humana Vision Care.
We also participate in over 100 medical insurance plans including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Open Access HMO, Cigna, TriCare, United Healthcare, and Medicare. Please check with your insurance company to see if we are on your plan or contact our office at (770) 474-1237.
Vision Insurance
The staff at DePoe Eye Center is experienced in working with vision insurance providers. We will work directly with you and your vision insurer to submit claims regarding your vision care. We strive to ensure that you understand your insurance coverage and will answer any questions you may have regarding your benefits. Vision Insurances cover routine vision care and do not cover care for any medical conditions. Most plans often require a co-payment for an office appointment as well as additional costs that are covered by the insured patient.

Other Payment Options
We understand that cost is a concern when evaluating vision care providers and never want cost to be an obstacle to maintaining proper eye health and good vision. We accept various forms of payment and are able to discuss financing options with you prior to any examination. At DePoe Eye Center, we also accept cash, CareCredit, and major credit cards.
